anyone know anyone facing foreclosure? or just looking to sell their house quickly for cash? i can help, becuase i buy properties all over new york city. but id like to hear about others and their methods of buying real estate

I am recently starting to look for properties to invest in as well. But I haven't pruchases one yet. So I can't really help you with any tips or methods of buying real estate. But what I will be doing is kinda what you are doing, but in a smaller town. I first got started through the Robert Allen Institute. You being an investor probably heard of him. But anyhow, I just started looking at the beginning of this month.
