what should she make?

You are a very kind neice being concerned for your aunt and her newborn. It is fairly normal for a newborn to need t be fed that frequently. If you think about it, they were basically fed constantly before being born. The timeframe will increase slowly. If you aunt is nursing the baby she needs to be sure she is getting a healthy diet with plenty of fluids herself..... and rest, lots of rest ~ she and the baby both need it.

Most newborn babies need to be fed every couple of hours. As to what she should "make" I'm not sure what to say, because the baby should be either nursing the mother's milk or formula from a bottle and nothing more. Surely her doctor has told her how to feed the baby, if not, she needs to ask him/her.
