what can I do

I just feel somewhat depressed.I don't want to sleep even till mid-night.what happened?My study burden is not as heavy as it was before.Maybe I am too free. Help me.Wish we would be goos friends. thank you here.

I think you need to tackle the reason for your depression before you can sleep soundly again. Apparently something is bothering you and is in your mind as you try to fall asleep. You need to dig deep and try to figure out why you're depressed and down. Once you do that, you can start working on making things better and then you will be able to sleep. Avoiding the reason you can't sleep or trying to sleep but not deal with what is going on in your mind to make you down may not be a long term answer. There is a reason for your mood and you should take some time and try to figure it out and then try to make it better. Good luck and good sleep!

Your main problem is your mind. You do not have control of your mind. You are thinking about everything. Even if you watch a movie before you go to sleep. you will keep on thinking about the same movies. The best way to recover from this type of depression is to do meditation. While sleeping, in your bed, concentrate on your breathing. Concentrate when ever you take breath and when you release your breath. Live with the moment, not with the dreams. Do it unitl you feel asleep.

if you can not fall asleep, just have a cup of milk,read a book which you like.when your eyes are tired,recall some nice things in that day,and then you will have a good dream.don't think bad things such as 'study burden' or others,if you want to sleep.even you fall asleep,you will have anight mare.the life is beautiful ,good sleep could help you to enjoy the nice life.so my friend ,i hope you have a good sleep.
