When you were little what did u want to be when you grew up and did u achieve it? I wanted to be a nursery nurse, when i was a child myself i loved other children and babies, and wanted to work in a nursery. For some reason my parents put me off this, I think they told me it was hard to get work in nurserys or as a nanny, so i went on to do office work and had a good job in London. I then left to start a family and then realised how hard work children are. I now dont think i could of worked with children after all..lol.

I was one of these kids that never knew what she wanted, I wasn't the cleverest of kids and I think I just thought I wasn't cleverer enough to really do anything, I ended up going into the telephone exchange in those days they had a hard job keeping staff, most people only stay three months then left, I stayed there for quite some years which turned out to be a good thing...

i wanted to be a cashier! i wanted to be a cashier because i loved the idea of punching in buttons. when i was younger, i used to be jealous of my friends because they already had computers. so when i was at home, i would pretend that i was the cashier and i would line up all my stuffed toys and "punch them in" my cashier. sometimes, i would also pretend to swipe a credit card that my imaginary buyer would use to pay for his/her purchases. it's actually a bit sad to think about the things that we wanted to be when we were kids. it's sad realizing that the real world sometimes, doesn't allow us to become who we really want because right now, money is what makes the world go round. of course, sometimes, it's also because of our silliness as kids as well. :)
