The 2020 format of the game demands lot of physical fitness from the player which is not possible for these three players at this age and so it is better to leave it rather than dragging yourself which would ultimately become a loss for your team. This is a format where youth comes into play. You need a lot of energy in the 20 overs because one single over can change the full course of the game. So I personally feel that three grades have done the right thing by not playing the competition.
