Does it Annoy you when Someone Doesn't Lift their Feet when Walking?

I have a couple of people that I work with that do not lift their feet when they walk. All you hear is "scuff, scuff, scuff". Does this annoy you also? I also noticed that our 12 yr. old has started the same thing. She can't seem to pick her feet up when walking.

i find this annoying too, and my 4yr had just discovered how to do it too and the more of an issue i make out of it the more he does it grrrrrrrrr, so at the moment im just trying to grin and bear it hoping its a 'phase' he's going through.

It is very annoying and I don't see why they do it. Are they depressed or just want to be annoying or don't care obviously? I am surprised they don't trip.
