Do you think adding tags to the discussions yields us any benefit ?

I have always been adding tags to my discussions and replys but i really dont any difference in doing so... Although i do admit that adding tags enables easier search feature.....

Well, I dont add tags in all the discussions but I think that does not yields us any benefit.
