Why in all sport they are opting foreing coach????

Every Country and in every game they are going for the foregin coach. Even in India we have foreign for Hokey, football, Cricket etc... Almost for every game they are opting for foreing coach. I want to know what is the special about them. If there are very good coach in there own country why they are not giving the coach job so that there may me not big communication problem and big gap between the players and the coach.
