Click Promotion - Anybody bought an ad package from them?

I bought an ad package from clickpromotion some time ago. It was relatively cheap and value for money because the credits for paid to sign up is quite good. However, it has been weeks but the credits are still there. It seems like the sign ups for this site is not doing very well. Does anybody bought an ad package from clickpromotion and face the same problem? I think it could be because the money they give to the clickers are little. Clixncash offers 10 cents while click promotion only offers 2 cents.
