Witch is the right time to hearing music?

I like to listen to music pretty much all day long. I keep my iPod going while I'm at work, through small speakers on my desk, and I usually listen to music at night as well, if I'm not watching TV. I love music, and I like to have some background noise of my choosing pretty much all of the time.

I think evening time is right for lesson music

You can listen to music any time you need to relax or get motivation. Sometimes, when I'm stressed out I listen to music. Or, when I need to calm down. It really doesn't matter what time of day you listen to music. Music should help build - up a person, or help someone feel better about a situation (depending on the lyrics). Everyone is different when it comes to listening, or hearing music.
