what are you'r daily activities to help you're weigh control.

Im climbing a few stairs,walking is a good exercise to help our weigh control.

walking exercises and stretches the thigh muscles, I play basketball and jog sometimes.

i do a few exercise at least once a day and i walk more than 4 kilometres a day cause i can't stay too much at home.me and my girlie love walking so i can keep my weight

I avoid oil and fatty food. I walk for 3 kilometres per day.

I set myself a target to walk 10,000 steps a day as recommended by some studies. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house or stop at one bus stop ahead of my house to make the numbers. At time while at work, and I am taking tea break, I will take a 10 minutes walk around the office to relax and stretch myself.

I'm practicing walking medicine and cycling. walking medicine for 30 minutes and cycling for one hour. but at different time. add on with alkaline drinking water and be my best........
