Can you contract AIDS by sharing a toilet?

Counting that the person was urinating blood. Is this even possible. And can someone have it for 10-15 years without knowing it?

For the toilet, no.
(this is quite googable, just put contract aids through toilet)
Its also quite possiblefor people not to know that have AIDs since it doesn't necessarily show up right away. I wish I could answer better but i'm not allowed to copy&paste.
