how to keep away from noises?

They make special ear plugs and headphones to totally drown out sounds. You can buy earplugs that are soft and comfortable for sleeping that drown out all that but allow you to hear if there is an emergency. For a bit more, there are headphones that silence everything and you hear nothing. They really work well on planes and in areas like you describe. I would invest in either some sound lowering earplugs or headphones. It is so worth it You can see some choices at www.earplugstore.com. Remember, loud sounds can cause you to lose your hearing. I am going deaf. I do not want you to. Please be careful and keep noise down for your hearing's sake!

hello lisa!it is painful living around the noises day and night,it is bad to one's health.but onbody can escape from the noise of constructing building.you can talk to the manager of the building project first,if not i think you may ask goverment for help.maybe it can help you.best wish!

I use the soft foam ear plugs that I buy at Wal-Mart. You can get 50 pairs for $10. That's the cheapest that I have found and they work great. I use them every single day because I live with my three young grandsons [8, 5, 2] and they are noisy! Fighting and such, plus we live next to a busy train yard and highway. So, ear plugs for sleeping and ear plugs for my quiet time when I need to pretend that I am not in this noisy place. I would not be able to make it without my ear plugs at this point!
