They all make tasty chocolate. My favorite though is See's Candy milk chocolate bordeaux.

It's a matter of personal taste. Ghirardelli would be best for me and others would say Cadbury's, Godiva, Hershey's etc. Still, the big companies that manufacture chocolates would try their best to come up with the best tasting chocolate. Good for us, consumers.
