I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

Singing is always fun to do. I love to sing! I think you should sing wherever and whenever you can! It always makes me feel better.

I have never suffered from depression until now. Here I am in the UK with my man who is waiting for his second hop replacement. He had the left one done in April and is now waiting for the right one. My family are all in the USA and I haven't seen them for 11 months. My grandson is going through a horrendous time right now because of a family that claim to be Christian but are anything but. I quit smoking almost 4 weeks ago and it seems like since then everything has gone wrong. I sit here at the computer most days and just cry my eyes out. the least little thing sends me off on a crying spree. I wish I could get busy doing something but I can't - I just want to cry all the time.
