If you could remove one hinderence to your spiritual well veing, what it be?

Trust. I have a bad habit of worry. I worry about everything even though I know I should trust God. I keep thinking it is my fault or I can/cant do something. I know I should trust God and that he will take care of me. But when we have money and other problems it is hard to let got of the worry.
