Does anyone have a conversation with themself?

i'm guilty. i often talk to myself in front of a mirror.. i don't know why but i guess it boosts my self-confidence.. sometimes i dunno i just feel like talking and i don't have anyone to talk to.. so i talk to myself.. am i crazy or what? hahahah

Really its not a conversation actually, its just a meditation. I do it some often for considerate things. Its good to do this for.

Ok I hold my hands up, I am terrible with talking to myself, my partner lets me get on with it now. Some times he will think I have said something to him and say pardon then he just looks at me with that, oh talking to yourself again look. I am sure he must think I am cursing him under my breath lol. My motto is though, if you are not good company for you self, you are not good company for anybody else.
