I am from South India and I love south Indian Food, Continetal Food, Chinese food. There is no restaurant in Bangalore which prepares filipino food.!! Why do not you start one in Bangalore - it is highly international now.

Rice is a staple food. A vegetable curry is prepared (one can prepare a curry with one vegetable only and also many vegetables can also be used). Quite a lot of chillis are used. I have no details regarding preparation because it is not my dept. Then we have curd-based side dishes. Especially in south India, the Sambar is famous which can be used along with snacks as well as in means as main dish with rice. The sambar is nothing but a liquid stuff, which contains chilli powder, many spices, two or three vegetables all boiled and served hot. Lemon rice is another delicious food.
