How about Strawberry no bake cheese cake? That sounds yummy. Heres the recipie: 1/2 cup sugar 8oz cream cheese {room temp or it will clump} 1 pint sour cream 12oz cool whip 1 tsp vanilla 2 pie crusts {grahm, chocolate, shortbread} ~ Now put everything in a bowl but the cool whip. Beat on med-high till blended. Add cool whip and beat till cool whip is mixed in. Now pour into two crusts. Top with fresh sliced strawberries. Put in fridge for 4-6 hours then enjoy!! ~ This resipie is so easy and quick and scruptiouse!!! You can use any kind of fruit on top like blueberries, raspberries, cherrys, and strawberries. Or if you prefer leave it plain. Its good anyway you make it. I make these when I got to a cook out or for christmas. They are a big hit with everyone!!!

Strawberry Mango Crisp Filling: 1 cup of strawberries cut up 1 cup of peeled mango cut up 1/4 cup brown sugar (organic, non processed is best!) 1 tsp vanilla extract Crust: 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup flour (non rising, whole wheat flour is best) 1/2 to 1 cup soft or melted butter or margarine Preheat oven to 350 degrees Celcius. For filling, just mix it all up and let it sit while you make the crust. For crust, mix dry ingredients together. Mix in butter or margarine until it's moist enough that when you squeeze the mixture, it sticks together but still crumbles. Put filling into an 8" pie plate or square pan (I like using Pyrex). For crust, grab handfuls of it until it sticks together and drop onto filling so that it crumbles. Continue until it's covered. Pop into oven for 20-30 minutes, until top is browned and the filling bubbles. I like it straight out of the oven with ice cream. Can be warmed up for quite a few days afterwards.

You're so lucky. I love strawberries. I like pureeing them with a banana in the blender with a little ice to make a breakfast (or dessert) smoothie. I like to cut them up and put them in spinach salad. Also, they're yummy atop pancakes or french toast, cakes, or in fresh strawberry pie.

My girls just simply love chopping up strawberries and adding them on top of vanilla ice cream. Ok well I chop them up for them and put them in a bowl where they can spoon them on themselves.

How about making your own parfait? Just get some yogurt, add the strawberries, and put a sprinkle of granola in it. If you don't like granola, just put in a handful of yur favorite type of nut. A nice, healthy snack or dessert.

Usually I like strawberries with cream and sugar, or with sugar and lime, but you can try this other recipe: Easy Strawberry Shortcake 3/4 cup whipping cream 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 8 shortbread cookies 16 strawberries, hulled and quartered 1. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. 2. Place two shortbread cookies on individual serving plates. Top cookies with whipped cream and strawberries. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.

You can make shakes, pies or sherbet with them. I would also suggest making some jam or spreads. The nice thing about strawberries is you can freeze them until you need them.

if you have more than enough you can make jam out of it and for dessert with less preparation clean chill and eat with whipped cream and if you want a little variety you can have crepes. strawberries, yummy......
