excerise bike manual missing help!

Hi
I have a Vitamaster Air Max II triple action excerise bike and have lost the manual. I need it to know how to program it. The bike is made by Roadmaster. I need this to help me with my knee replacement surgery.
I would appreciate any help. thank you
