I'm nursing so can't take any medication. I was told by one of the midwives after my baby was born that I can soak my feet in hot water. What natural cures to you have?

I suggest fresh air and drinking plenty of water. You could try sniffing lavender oil if your midwife says this is safe. I think your migraines will stop in a few months. After having a baby a lady can have hormonal changes. I had my baby son in May and feel back to normal now. Avoid as much stress as possible and eat a healthy diet. Good luck.

lavender and other scents is one of the triggers for my migraines...along with pressure changes...and my period...I drink lots of water and get migraines whether I'm stress free or not - they're not tension headaches, I should get more fresh air though! Thanks for your detailed response!
