Trying something new to me

I decided I would try a new way to see if I can get some referrals for my sites. i've seen so many ads for traffic exchanges and rotators that I've joined 2 so far. Can anyone comment on their experience with any of these types of ads? Have any helped you?

I haven't had any luck with either one of those yet. I am trying to be consistent and keep doing them to see if I get any results over time. Some people sing their praises and some don't. Sorry that I can't give you something more positive than that.
One positive that I do see from it though is that someone has a website that an affiliate program wants the site to have a certain amount of traffic, it is one way to meet their requirements. That's my 2 cents on that.
I have had better luck with forum marketing. Joining forums, making sure that I have my signature in place and just participating in the discussions without mentioning my businesses. The more that people see you involved they will approach you and inquire about what you are doing to make money.
