What questions from a Customer do you have troble answering?

There is got to be a question that you get from customers that are hard to answer. So tell us about the questions that you have gotten from a customer.

One question that I have been asked a few times that I find hard to answer is what colors would look best. I usually can answer but if I don't personally know the person or their style it's hard to answer. Some like to go with their outfits and some like to keep it simple. Some like to show their personality through their makeup and if it's too "loud" I just can't answer it because I wouldn't wear my mak up like that and I can't tell them it looks good because I really wouldn't think so! So that is a big one for me. What about you?
