Didn't Receive Certificat

My son was born Oct 07 2006 his name is Daniel Ly. I send applacation and my cheque until now i did not recieve the Birth Certificat for him. Please send the Birth Certificat for my son.

You need to contact the vital records office where your son was born and ask if his certificate was ever mailed out.
