It can be dangerous if ou eat less than what is required for you halthy body as overeating is bad under eating is also eaually bad.Healthy diet means it has ideal composition of all the essential things which is required for you body.Loosing weight through regular exercise is a better way to remain healthy & keep weight under control

I don't think dieting is dangerous but maybe purging or starving is dangerous!Diet is abstaining oneself from certain foodgroups while healthy diet is eating healthily,if I might say. It's okay to diet as long as it's not hazardous to health.Hope this helps, fazelath!

Hi, yes i do feel that dieting if done to the extremes can be dangerouns. Dieting would in simple words be eating food in a restriced manner and stopping yourself and killing your desries to eat the food that you really like and want to eat in order to loose weight fast, it can be stretched to limits making it dnagerous and harmful to you, and if you dont take care, it makes you put on more weight later in while, when you leave the dieting. People may tend to loose weight fast at first, but later when they stop dieting, the put on more than they had lost. Healthy diet is when you have full knowldge regarding what you are eating, and plan and choose your food carefully. You dont have to kill your desires instead work out and exercise and eat in small measured amounts, food that is healthy, adding in a little of food that you shouldnt eat too, there is no harm i think.
