Smoking in restaurants?

I think that they should keep the non smoking and smoking tables like they have at most restraunts because if you cant stand the smell of smoke like I do you do not want to have to put up with people smoking and I know that 2nd hand smoke is bad for the health and I wouldnt want anything happening to me because someone has to smoke.

I think, that smoke in closed place, may be a crime. I dont like to smoke, and i hate that when i go to some places the people that smoke that care anyone, they just start to smoke next to you like fireplaces. I hate that and its more dangerous to health for the people that aren't smoking.

It is not about right or wrong, but it is a bad habit to practice and not giving respect to other customers.
