NBI Rehabilitation Center in Tagaytay

Why would you think the NBI Rehabilition center was placed in Tagaytay City? Have you been there? I first went there lat October 2006 when we had our career-exposure tour as a Psychology student. Most of the patients there are dru-dependent.. And most of them really came from a well-off family..
