Why do most of the men not call?

I'll call you. this is one of the few phrases used to get rid of someone.. not that i meant he was getting rid of you in particular. I mean i'm talking based on my own experience. it's just like when you're applying for a job. after the interview, if you didn't pass (which they won't tell you right at your face, they'll say they'd call you soon for the results, where in realty, you won't hear from the company ever. and it is pretty much the same in every situation, as long as the phrase can be used. :)
