What secure/https sites do you know? Plz list here....

HEY I think you all must be aware of secure sites. They are 128 bit encrypted and certified by "verisign". And they have a https instead of http in the address bar. So, that is a different protocol. How many such sites you know? The one that i know very well is paypal. One more thing.... I found a lock icon in the right corner of the status bar in my Internet Explorer window. If anybody know this more clearly, please explain. good day!!!!
