Jogging not before fasting.Slower movement and the movement os energy from fat decomposition,then,the blood of free fatty acids will increase significantly.Although these are free fatty acids and myocardial the main source of energy.But the excessive avvumulation will be against myovardial toxins,paticularly the elderly is easy to have avvidents such as arrhythmia.Therefore jogging before eating a small amount of carbohydrate,such as a cup of sugar,milk,soy milk or malted,but not eating too much.
