Indian cricket team coach?there is no coach,why?

Hi. I think it is time to look at some of the Indian prospects for the all important job. I can't stand that the team can go on and on without a coach, so someone has to step in to the shoes of a person who will have a lot and lots of pressure on his shoulders. I just have the feeling that no one from outside India will be able to cop up with the intensity and pressure that an Indain caoch have, specailly what have happened in world cup and after that.
