Technology. A gift or not

As what i have observe technology exist because of some weired thinkers. so i consider it as a gift because the that thinkers was endowed with an extraordinary capacity to think some strange things.So for me it is from God.
But because some people use this technology in bad way time will come that we will be punished by God and we will lose this all
