Is it wise to sell national flags as pin ups ?

on national days we see people selling little flags as pin ups which you very happily pin up to show your solidarity to the country. Its is on the very next day that we see the road littered with these little flags, our pride and honour being trampled beneath the feet of hurring millions. It hurts, so is it wise to sell flags as pin ups ?
