Do you put your fall and winter clothes away in boxes and put them somewhere else like the basement or attic? I have to start doing that because my closet is really small.LOL So I will get some plastic bins they sell at walmart and I will be all set. But when should I start doing this?LOL

Oh no, I am in the place where i have to carry the winter clothes all the timeso there is no way I can pack this and keep somewhere. Summer came and I did not realise much it has arrieved. Its all time cold and rain. If I am were your place I would have been packed it already and forget about those heavy things. I find the room or my home more spacious when these winter clothes are gone away from my eyes and hide somewhere!!!

It's so funny that your question comes at a time when I'm packing stuff to move... I simply cannot believe all the stuff that have, as far as clothing is concerned... We guys usually don't keep a true "Winter and Summer" wardrobe, that is, we don't think about it, until the weather starts to change, and we go looking through our trashbags...er, closets, that is, looking for something to wear, LOL! :) Yesterday's weather turned really cool, which I do indeed, enjoy- but it was also windy with rain showers... this set me off to find my rain/wind jacket (The $100.00 one) which apparently had found another secret dimension somewhere in my apartment, along with missing socks, neckties, belts, ect. I have not found it as of today, so I'm calling off the search! :) I would guess that this incident should make me want to be more organised in my next Life and I'm seriously considering it, LOL! Great question, Terry! :) Here's a video from Expert Village, that might help you: http://www.expertvillage.com/videos/closet-organize.htm I have had totally inadequate closet space for too long, so I know what you are feeling all too well! Have a great day, and I hope you get some good responses for this discussion! :)

At this end of the place , winters are still away, and we are using our summer clothes as yet. But yes, i also put my clothes away in our box beds or the boxes which have got specially made for keeping away the clothes. We also have a problem of space, so normally i prefer that they are kept safely awya, with the anti-moth and neem leaves , with which they lie in the boxes safe. I guess, another month or end of September i would probably put them away. Clothes really do take a major place off our cupboard and make it tough to keep the wardrobe clean too, and its best that we have limited clothes out and what is required. I know its tough as we tend to buy more than what is actually used up. And in such cases, its best to re-shuffle and use your clothes instead of having all of them outside too.
