A little advice for my new business?

After years of working for all the wrong people, I finally decided to setup my own business. After all the crazy mess at the registration office, I am now the proud owner of a registered business dealing in web design/development and video production. Of course, having a cert does nothing to bring in money. Though I do have projects on hand and running, I would seriously like to increase my sales level. Any advice for a new business owner folks?

Treat your customers right. Customer service is the most important, most neglected aspect of too many businesses.

Hear hear :) I always try too, even with the most difficult of clients. Whenever they get too much, I'll just stick to my baseline of being professional. Thanks for the comment TDonald!
