A responsible heads shows concern for his family's physical & spiritual welfare. He puts himself out by given appropriate time and attention to their individual & collective needs. The interest of his mate and children come before his own. Is this true?What does it mean to be the head of the house? What is proper headship involve? How can imitate jesus headship? How can family heads imitate christ's qualitie?

Usually for the purposes of taxes head of house hold i think just means that you are the person who is making the most money in the household
