Independence day - do you thing that day is good only becasue it is a holiday

May in my case I like holidays. But if independence day is not a holiday then I think I had not got the independence, still too of holidays make no value for holiday. I like the holidays rather than independence may be because the independence day is already there. If there is no independece the value of independence will be known than a holiday.
