What type of sauce do you like best in a pasta?

bbq for everything :) ok it just a joke. I make sauce for myself, here's the recipe: put into a pot a big couple of clotted cream (0,5 kg), put two big spoon mustard in too, and put in one simple spoon of sugar and a little lemon juice. Mix it and put into the fridge for 5 minutes. After that as your taste put in some black pepper and some maionnaise. taste it :) really good, that's my favourite!

I like to use a tomato pasta sauce that I created myself, just by experiment, In a sauce pan I add chopped tomatoes/chopped canned tomatoes, oregano, italian herbs, garlic, water, sugar, salt and pepper and cook together until it has a thick consistency, then I pour it all over the cooked pasta... Really great taste...

My favourite pasta sauce is also carbonara. I do not exactly like the tomato based sauce as it tends to be sour. I prefer creamy white sauce.

I love alfredo sauce. i am a big fan of fettuchine alfredo and will get some on occassion. a friend was telling me I can get the sauce only at the Olive Garden and just boil the noodles at home and i may check that out soon.

i like red sauces, with the toppings of cheese....i really love spaghetti so much.

I love pasta. Period :) I like pasta with tuna or sauce. I like to do my pasta with onions too.
