I had faced some still as possible I try to avoid it as this may create more problems.Not only I try to make the authorities to notice and request them to take proper action. still it is all in vain as they are also incapable in certain situations. So it our safety to avoid such ani social elements. Hope these anti elements will be eliminated soon.
