I am surprised no one has yet responded; I have joined today and am elated to see this discussion. The programme is certainly the one of its kind; we have all kinds of Idols, PaDaNis etc but we always had the musicians noly in the background and a remote thanks from the host or the participants sometime; but here we have a breakthrough with the very-talented music troupe's having the center-stage. This gives more exposure to the music directots to the budding talents in non-vocal areas too. I admire the thought and judgement of the judges too. This should be copied and more of India should be given a similar platform.
