Do you hate TV show or soap opera spoilers, too?

Do you read spoilers for your favorite TV shows or soap operas? Do you find that you still watch the same shows even if you know what is going to happen? Or, do you read the spoilers to catch up on what you have missed? Just in case you didn't know, spoilers are those updates that you get on your favorite show that tell you what's going to happen in the upcoming weeks. I've seen lots of people posting soap opera spoilers and everytime I read one, it completely ruins the TV watching experience. I mean, how can you possibly watch a show after someone has given away the plot line or told you exactly what is going to happen? At first the spoilers were fun to read cause I rarely get to watch my favorite soap opera or TV shows anymore, but after awhile, I had no reason to watch TV. So, I've called it quits on reading them anymore. If I can't watch something I will simply tape it or set the DVR and watch it later. So, what's your view on TV show or soap opera spoilers? Do you like them or not?
