the biggest puzzle?help!

Put a small tortoise in an urn(just like a crock which has a fat bingy but a small openning),the question is :when the tortoise grow up,one day ,it's bigger than the urn's openning,so, how can you take it out of the urn? Notice :first of all,you can't break up the urn ;and,the tortoise shouldn't be injured or destroyed ;third,this urn is a new and whole one,which only have one openning;lastly,the torroise is bigger than the urn in faith.
SO,HOW?

hmmm that is a very hard puzzle I can't see how he could come out, I am not sure if a tortoise can come out of his sheelhouse or not, are they attached to their shell or can they unattach themselves, interesting other than that i can't see how he could get out.... I hope you will tell us the answer if there is one...:)
