Anyone has a lamb receipe they want to share

I have lamb steaks in my refrigerator and chicken, but I cannot stand to eat any more chicken. I would like to make the lamb for dinner today so I need suggestions for a lamb recipe and good side dish to go with it.

Try this recipe : 4 lamb chops or steaks 4 tbsp. whoegrain mustard,3 tsp. dark brown sugar salt and freshly ground black pepper Season chops and brush with oil. Place in grill pan and cook for 5 minutes under high heat. Mix mustard and sugar together, turn chops and smother with the mixture and grill for 4 minutes more. Serve with new potatoes and minted peas.

Sounds yummy, and easy to. I will try this another weekend. I don't have the brown sugar to make it.

marinate it with just salt and pepper and grill. for the side dish potatoes and green salad. have mint sauce on the side for dipping.
