Most of the shopping is done by direct payment not online. Occasionally my nephew does some shoppining internationally so payment is made through paypal.
Yes, most Indians including children carry cash in hand for all purchases. Very negligible percentage use the credit card. The fear of snatching the money at knife point is quite rate here.
