Mega-bucks Paid to Read Sites-Legit or Scams?

I've seen alot of PTR sites that pay a huge amount per click and have a HUGER payout aand I've even joined a few; I've been hesitant to spend alot of my valuable time on these programs and I've also been hesitant at promoting them aggressively because I don't want to waste others' time either! So, tell me...have any of you fellow myLotters been paid, or known of anyone else who has been paid by Numenmail (Payout-$8888), Chobit, Digital-PTR or any of the super high PTRs? The money sure would be terrific if it's for real! If no one has any definite info about these programs would you be willing to help me in an experiment? If you join under me and be an active member to help me reach the amount I'll split it with you if I DO get paid. I'll do the same for you if you're in any program like that and I'm not a member yet. Hey, isn't it better for 2 or more of us to "waste" just 1/2 or less time with a slight chance at getting a share of $8888? Annie

well i dont belive either tey will pay that much per email, normally that sites are scam, like the AW survey that they never give you another survey and you never reach the payout amount and they are a low as 75 so i dont recommed you waste your time ther, bnecuse yopu can reach the payout but get paid is a diferent history, thanks for reading and have a good day
