Stone Butch Blues...Why do you like it?

Stone Butch Blues is hands down one of my favorite books ever. Though I am not a "butch" or transgender I loved this novel. Why do you like this book or why would you reccomend it to others?

I agree, it is also one of my favorite books. I AM transgender though, so it hits home for me. Also, Les Feinberg is a fine writer in general.
Have you checked out hir new novel "Drag King Dreams?"
