How much soda pop do you let you kids drink?

I rarely buy soda so they don't get it at home much. If we're out to eat I try to encourage them to drink milk instead.

hello there..when i do give my son a pop..its usually Sprite or Sierra Mist..the no caffeine thing..but every now and again if i had a Diet pepsi and he wants a drink i let him..but he loves his water and juice..i havent been buying as much soda as i used to..it bloats me so much..and i noticed that my tummy and other parts swell..so i have been sticking with Iced tea which i love..but when we go out and eat..i let him have his sprite if he wants it..but like i said..its not too to bad..and its not like he gets it everyday..:)
