Making hair bows out of grosgrain for my two daughters

i need to know if there is anyone who knows how to make a decent hair bow and what size ribbon to use. I've looked into the korker bows and they look pretty easy. I want to learn how to make different bows because i have two girls and i am a stay at home mom with plenty of time to do this.
