Please help me i dont know what to do

I am 14 years old and my drunk older cousin in 46 and he will hit me slap me or choke me for doing nothing wrong i tell my mom and says he isnt hurting me but he sometimes threatens to kill me. I want to report him to the police but im not allowed

Not funny man. What kind of sick laugh do you hope to get out of this?
A 49 year old that claims to be 14 is not dealing it straight.

Okay son. I understand. What you must do is find someone that will listen to you that can and will help you. If your mother is no help then talk to a counselor at school. Be sure you explain the problem just like it is because once you do that they may bring child services into it.
Before you do that take your mother aside and tell her just what is going on and if she can't or won't stop it you will have to talk to someone else. Make her understand this is serious. Once you get that across to her she may take care of the problem for you. If not then it is up to you to protect yourself.

I would get a way somehow to go to someone's house to report him of child abuse before it gets worser. I mean if you are only 14 you need to go get help from some where.If he is chocking you that is child abuse.

i fought back earlier today and punched him in the face multiple times and he went into his room so if he tries anything anymore guess ill just do that
