Which is better, movie or book?

I haven't watched the movie yet..but my friends told me that it was a bore..is it true?
They also told me that the book was so so much better..

yes and no. if you haven't read the book the movie will seem so cool with the GREAT BATTLE at the final scene and stuff. but i would have to agree with your friends, the book is just soooo much better. i suggest reading the book first and then seeing the movie because seeing the movie might make you bored of reading the book and make you miss certain things.
